- 250g Favuzzi Truffle Potato Gnocchi
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup cream
- A few sage leaves
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- Favuzzi crushed lemon extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper

Steps of preparation
- In a medium pan, sauté the gnocchi in the butter with the sage leaves until lightly browned.
- Add the cream and reduce until thickened.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese and a drizzle of Favuzzi lemon extra-virgin olive oil.
