  • 250g Favuzzi Truffle Potato Gnocchi
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • A few sage leaves
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Favuzzi crushed lemon extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Steps of preparation

  1. In a medium pan, sauté the gnocchi in the butter with the sage leaves until lightly browned.
  2. Add the cream and reduce until thickened.
  3. Add grated Parmesan cheese and a drizzle of Favuzzi lemon extra-virgin olive oil.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
