Orange Chicken Thighs

- 4-6 chicken thighs
- Favuzzi sea salt with fresh herbs
- 4-5 tbsp Favuzzi orange olive oil
- The juice of 1 orange + a few orange slices, about 4-5 mm thick
- Half a head of garlic
- Favuzzi moderate olive oil

Steps of preparation
- Season the chicken thighs generously with the herbal sea salt and place them in a baking dish.
- Add the orange oil and orange juice and mix well to coat the chicken with marinade.
- Cover with plastic wrap and leave to rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours.*
- Preheat the oven to 360°F (176°C).
- Add the half head of garlic and a few orange slices in the baking dish, drizzle the chicken with moderate oil (3-4 tbsp) and cook for about 40 minutes, turning the thighs over after 20 minutes.
- When the chicken thighs are fully cooked, serve immediately.
*Ideally, prepare the chicken thighs in the morning and keep them refrigerated until it is time to cook them for dinner.
