Steps of preparation

Cut the freshly baked focaccia into pieces (recipe available here). Drizzle Favuzzi delicate olive oil over the focaccia and then spread with Favuzzi tomato paste to taste. Add half a slice of prosciutto to each focaccia and season with our Favuzzi Bologna sea salt with fresh herbs to serve. 

For an apéro ready in less than 2 minutes, prepare the focaccia in advance and heat in the broiler for 3 to 5 minutes. Serve with Favuzzi Aperitif caperberries and Favuzzi lemon olives.
