Focaccia tomatoes, prosciutto and fresh herbs

Ingredients needed
- Focaccia
- Favuzzi delicate olive oil
- Favuzzi tomato paste
- Prosciutto
- Favuzzi Bologna sea salt with fresh herbs
Steps of preparation
- Cut the freshly baked focaccia into pieces (recipe available here). Drizzle Favuzzi delicate olive oil over the focaccia and then spread with Favuzzi tomato paste to taste.
- Add half a slice of prosciutto to each focaccia and season with our Favuzzi Bologna sea salt with fresh herbs.
- Serve.
For an apéro ready in less than 2 minutes, prepare the focaccia in advance and heat in the broiler for 3 to 5 minutes. Serve with Favuzzi Aperitif caperberries and Favuzzi lemon olives.
