Balsamic Rosemary Tofu

Ingredients needed
- 3 tbsp Favuzzi Essential organic balsamic vinegar
- 5 tbsp Favuzzi Intense olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced in half
- 1 rosemary sprig
- 1 tsp cane sugar
- 1 package firm tofu, sliced
- Favuzzi Fleur de sel

Steps of preparation
- Combine the vinegar, the oil, the garlic and the rosemary in a mixing bowl.
- Add the tofu and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
- In the meantime, preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Transfer the tofu to the baking sheet, add a drizzle of olive oil and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool 2 minutes before serving.
- This balsamic tofu is just as good the next day (in a salad, for instance).
