4 turbot fillets
1 jar Favuzzi Basil Pesto
Favuzzi Delicate Olive Oil
Favuzzi Fish Seasoning
Favuzzi black rice
Asparagus

Steps of preparation
Before cooking the turbot fillets en papillotte on the bbq, simply distribute the Favuzzi Fish Seasoning generously over the fillets and add a little delicate Favuzzi olive oil. Cook with closed lid on medium power for about 10 minutes, or until fish is cooked. Before serving, pour the Favuzzi basil pesto over the fillets. Serve with Favuzzi black rice, asparagus and a few slices of lemon.
