- 4 turbot fillets
- 1 jar Favuzzi Basil Pesto
- Favuzzi Delicate Olive Oil
- Favuzzi Fish Seasoning
- Favuzzi black rice
- Asparagus
- Lemon

Steps of preparation
- Before cooking the turbot fillets en papillotte on the bbq, simply distribute the Favuzzi Fish Seasoning generously over the fillets and add a little delicate Favuzzi olive oil.
- Cook with closed lid on medium power for about 10 minutes, or until fish is cooked.
- Before serving, pour the Favuzzi basil pesto over the fillets. Serve with Favuzzi black rice, asparagus and a few slices of lemon.
