Ingredients needed
- 2 tbsp Favuzzi Delicate Extra virgin olive oil
- 8 thin slices pancetta, chopped
- 2 cups rapini, finely sliced
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 4 tsp Favuzzi Cacio e Pepe seasoning

Steps of preparation
- Heat Favuzzi Delicate olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add rapini and pancetta and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add garlic and broth. Cover and bring to a boil.
- Meanwhile, combine beaten eggs and Favuzzi Cacio e Pepe seasoning in a bowl.
- Add the eggs to the broth, stirring with a fork for 1-2 minutes, until eggs are cooked. Serve immediately.
