Rustic Coffee Biscuits (without eggs)

Ingredients needed
- 2 ½ cups Favuzzi ''00'' Flour
- ½ cup sugar + quantity for sprinkling
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 100 mL Favuzzi Classico coffee
- 140 mL vegetable oil
- 1 pinch of Favuzzi fleur de sel

Steps of preparation
- Place flour, sugar, Favuzzi fleur de sel and baking powder in a bowl.
- Mix well, then add the oil and coffee.
- Stir with a spoon until the liquid is well absorbed.
- Shape a ball of dough by hand (add an extra pinch of flour if necessary).
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let stand for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Take pieces of dough the size of a small apricot to shape sticks; roll the sticks into the shape of donuts, and place them as you go on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the biscuits with sugar and put them in the oven.
- Bake for about 18 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and let cool at least 10 minutes.
