Orange Fennel Salad

Ingredients needed
- 1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced on a mandolin
- 90 ml (6 tablespoons) Favuzzi intense extra virgin olive oil
- Juice and zest of one orange
- Supreme of 2 oranges
- Juice and zest of 1 or 2 lemons to taste
- A dozen Favuzzi Italian olives Leccino
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 handfuls baby spinach leaves
- Some leaves of Italian parsley, chopped
- 8 basil leaves cut into thin strips
- Favuzzi fennel & salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
