Bite into our fine-skinned cherry tomatoes to reveal a burst of flavour, their sweet juice enhanced by herbal notes. They are packed in velvety tomato coulis.

Uses

Simply heat our cherry tomatoes to make a delicious sauce, or crush them over pizza dough. They can also be served as a horse d'œuvre with burrata, or enhance braised meat and risotto recipes.

Distinctives attributes

Ripened under the sun in Italy's Puglia region, our cherry tomatoes are watered with spring water that is slightly salty, given the proximity to the Adriatic Sea. Their unique terroir gives them a sweet flavour with herbal notes.

Our tomatoes are peeled and canned within two hours of harvesting to preserve all their nutritional properties and good taste until the moment you use them. It is Italy’s shortest production chain. A censor is able to select only the tomatoes whose shape and colour are ideal for canning. 

Artisan

Our tomatoes are produced by four families of Italian growers, who are among the few business owners who control each step of production step, from harvesting to processing and canning. Their process, with no intermediaries, ensures unmatched efficiency and quality.

Conservation

Refrigerate after opening and use within 3 to 4 days. Contains no preservatives.

The can used during the canning process are certified BPA-NI (not intended), meaning that no BPA have been intentionally added to the substance in the coating.
