Classic crepes

Ingredients needed
- 150 g Favuzzi 00 flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Softened butter, for cooking
- Favuzzi cream trio gift set
Steps of preparation
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar and salt. Whisk in the eggs, the milk and the vanilla until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. When the skillet is hot, brush with a little softened butter.
- Pour about 3 tbsp of batter in the centre of the skillet, to make a crepe. Tilt the skillet to spread the batter evenly until it covers the bottom of the skillet. When the edge peels off easily and begins to brown, it's time to flip the crepe with a spatula. Continue cooking, and remove from the skillet.
- Place the cooked crepes on a plate as you go. These crepes will be perfect to enjoy with our Chocolate and Hazelnut cream, Hazelnut cream and Pistachio cream. 3 options, for 3 times more pleasure!
